Hey, hey!! We've met, I'm sure of it. You've certainly seen me around and we haven't really "spoken" to each other before, but we've met. I'm usually holding scissors or clippers when our paths cross. Sorry about that. I measure myself for a specific trade that helps me provide more of a specialized assistance around the neighborhood. But, that's just my specialty. I'm here for it all. No matter how small. I'll hold the door open, carry something heavy, or reach out and give a hug. I'm here to show you that you are valued and cared for. My name is Helping Hands.

Using our hands to help others is powerful and fulfilling. Simple acts of kindness or skilled tasks, our hands have the ability to bring comfort, healing, and hope to those around us. Not always easy. Sometimes our hands get hurt a little, but it's worth it.

Helping with our hands offers numerous benefits for both the giver and the recipient. By lending a hand, we can make a positive impact in someone else's life, which can create a ripple effect of kindness and compassion. Helping with your hands has the power to benefit not just the individual, but society as a whole.

The most important thing is to stay open to opportunities and to be willing to lend a helping hand whenever and wherever it is needed. Whether it's a small act of kindness or a more substantial volunteer commitment, using our hands to help others can bring purpose and fulfillment to our own lives while making a positive impact on the lives of those around us.

Since we're talking about hands let me ask you this... When are hands the cutest? When they're little. If you're having a terrible day and need a pick-me-up of sorts, The Random acts of Kindness Foundation located in Denver, CO has set up a school project where you can call 1.707.998.8410 and have kindergartners give you a pep talk. Yeah, you read that correctly!! Give it a try, you'll love it!!
